Stability Ball Back Extensions 20 Reps
Plank Row Right /Left to Push Up 10 Reps
Band Squat Jacks 20
Boxing Sequence- Jab, Jab ,Uppercut, Uppercut 50 Reps
Repeat all exercises 4 more times.
Progress or regress as needed
Cool Down by moving slower and gradually bringing that heart rate back to normal.
Proceed to stretching each muscle group!
