In 2010, Fitness Professional Adrienne Vose discovered the secret to a healthy lifestyle and weight loss - Move More, Eat Healthy & Stress Less. She is now on a mission to "spread the fitness love" through motivation, inspiration & accountability.
She created the Move More Organization as a way of sharing this winning combination with others.
Adrienne is a dedicated wife & Mommy of 5 .
She has been active all of her life including, competitive gymnastics, dance & running. Adrienne has struggled with her weight from time to time but has learned that there is no such thing as a diet, it's a lifestyle change!!
She likes to workout & motivate others to "MOVE IT". Adrienne also believes in variety when it comes to fitness. She preaches & practices that it is always important to keep the body guessing and prevent boredom.

Kari has been teaching a variety of Group Fitness Classes since 1998 and has been a Personal Trainer since 2008. She is currently working as the Group Fitness and Programming Director at Western Racquet and Fitness Club in Green Bay, WI. She has a huge passion for creating workout and training programs. Kari LOVES this job because she loves empowering people – finding ways they can lead a healthy lifestyle and ENJOY the journey.

I live in Rotterdam, the Netherlands with my Canadian man Darrell and our two cats, Wilma and Betty (get the theme ;-) ). I love almost anything comic book related, theatre, dance, books, and fitness, among a few things to mention.
I started with classical ballet from 8 yrs. old, did track & field, ballroom dancing, field hockey and fitness over the years.
I started teaching fitness and yoga om based-evidence fitness and functional fitness. My little venture Fit Adventure gives me a lot of joy and pleasure and I will continue to grow it.
Stacey Beatty has been active for most of her life. She started dancing when she was 3 and was a cheerleader in elementary and high school. After dealing with postpartum depression, spending several years working behind a desk and not exercising, she finally decided it was time to get active again. In 2007, she fell in love with running, which then led to a love of lifting weights, and later, yoga. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has been chasing him around the country for 16 years due to his job. Stacey is a full-time Administrative and Social Media Coordinator for a small IT Company. Stacey has 2 kids - Tyler, 15, and Mya, 12. Tyler is active in soccer, and Mya is a competitive cheerleader. Stacey sometimes struggles to fit in being a full-time worker, mom, wife, soccer mom, and cheer mom, but she always does her best to fit in her workouts no matter where she is traveling for work or cheer, or how busy her day is packed. She battles with high cholesterol (hereditary), so missing a workout isn't an option! She loves posting on social media to inspire others to get up, get moving, and get healthy.
Cherise Curby has been with Move More Fitness since February 2013. A certified Personal Trainer and Group Instructor, she loves helping people achieve a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Cherise used to be one of those people that thought exercise was boring and diets the only way to lose weight. Now she strives to help others learn just how wrong that is! She lives in Oklahoma City, OK with her husband and two sons.

Tara is a Corporate Project Manager & mom of one little man, who likes to be upside down a lot! She's a swimmer at heart having completed 8 open water swims from half mile lake swims to a 9 mile Atlantic Ocean swim. A lifetime goal is to complete an open water swim in every state in the US. She ventured into more running while pregnant and having done 2 races both pregnant and while pushing the little man -she thinks she will make those a tradition.
Her main goal in sharing her life and fitness journey is to help people find their fun in the sweat. Make it fun and of course you will move more.
Health and fitness have always been a passion ever since I was in high school. Staying active and eating clean was always a way of life up until I had my 2nd son. I literally fell off the healthy path after that. Once I realized that unhealthy habits and unhappiness affects those I love, I knew it was time to put myself back together again. That's when I found this incredible community of like-minded fitspirations on Instagram as well as a love for yoga. Daily and monthly challenges kept me accountable and the support was unlike anything I ever experienced. I learned that fitness can be fun, family-oriented and FREE!!!
I've been a stay-at-home mom ever since I had my 2nd child and on a limited income, expensive gyms and equipment didn't fit our bills. My motto is "The world is my gym and fitness is all around!"
I will be completing my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training by August this year and my AFAA certification exam right after. I believe that when you find your calling, it is your duty to share it and serve others! I absolutely can't wait to teach my own classes and help others find balance, inner peace and achieve more than they could ever dream!

Sam is a former competitive ballroom dancer who is now a fitness enthusiast. She is a graduate of Penn State University, where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. Sam has since become nationally certified by ACSM as a Certified Exercise Physiologist, ACE Sports Conditioning, and TRX Qualified. She is currently working on becoming ISSA Fitness Nutrition Certified and completing her Masters in Nutrition Education from American University.
Sam has worked for the past 4 years helping clients reach their fitness goals. By helping clients change their diets and creating effective workouts, she has helped clients lose weight, run endurance races, and even finish military training.
