Take this month's Challenge!
May’s Challenge is all about Doing MORE & the host is MMF Team's @clynn320.
We'll post a basic exercise to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Google on Sundays and ask you to "DoMore" with it throughout the week. That's right, now is your chance to show us what you've got! For example, Week 1 will be a
Squat. Do either a basic squat OR do more with it by adding something to it- weights, jumps, kids etc... Get creative and have fun! Do as many reps as you desire and post as many variations as you wish. Please Please Please listen to your body.....we do not want any injuries. Be sure to #DoMoreInMay & #Movemorefitness in your post(s) in order to qualify for the challenge prizes, which will be announced soon.
